PACTE (Prospective and Concerted Actions for Emerging Territories) is an international solidarity association created in Ziguinchor in 1996 which aims to be an incentive, innovation, promotion and support framework for community initiatives of social and urban development aimed at in particular the improvement of the conditions and the living environment of the poor populations.
